5 Things To Do When Feeling Damn Blue

1. Do the Ally McBeal dance.

Every time Ally was down, she dances! Go crazy and dance your problems away. You’ll definitely feel better.

2. You don’t have to be thin to be attractive.

Go shopping and get the clothes that emphasize your best features. Eat healthy, exercise, and feel good about your body.

3. Read uplifting books.

Like Chicken Soup for the Soul or Tuesdays with Morrie will help you reflect life. Try reading children’s books too, like Harry Potter to help you relax, laugh, and home your imagination.

4. There’s no fuzzier way.

To make you feel better than hugging someone who cares about you. Hugging your mom or a friend is 100% comforting and 100% contagious.

5. When people push you down, look in the mirror.

… and tell yourself that no matter what people say or do, you always have yourself to rely on. See the beauty within you and go shine!
