Stress: Free Yourself

1. Drink tea. Soothe yourself with/by drinking a hot cup of tea. For energy, try Green Iced Tea.

2. Scrub-a-dub-dub! Treat your skin and senses to a yummy-smelling body scrub in the shower.

3. Spring-clean. It’s weird, but cleaning somehow helps clear your mind. Clean out your closet or go through your PC and throw out useless files and programs.

4. Take a deep breath. Whenever things get overwhelming and you feel like scratching your eyes out, breathe. Stop and take a long, deep, cleansing breath. It will give you time to pause and consider your next step.

5. Laugh. Read your favorite comic strip or watch your favorite funny flick.

6. Look for green. The color green is a soothing shade. Spread some light green candles on your table or some plants around your room.
